Polybond Acrylic Enamel Paint is a high-performance, water-based coating designed as a modern alternative to traditional solvent-based enamels. This durable, low-odour formula delivers a tough, professional-grade finish suitable for a wide variety of surfaces, making it ideal for both DIY and professional projects in the UK.

Key Features:

  • Ultra-hard, cross-linked acrylic formula for exceptional durability and resistance to chipping, scratching, and wear
  • Multi-surface application – perfect for wood, metal, plastic, laminate, glass, tiles, and more
  • Low odour, non-hazardous, and water-based – safe for indoor use and compliant for children's toys when fully cured
  • Interior and exterior versatility with a beautiful gloss or satin finish that is sandable and long-lasting

 

Instructions for Use:

  • Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease, dust, or loose material. Lightly sand glossy or non-porous surfaces for better adhesion; prime bare metal or absorbent surfaces if required.
  • Application: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply 2-3 thin, even coats using a high-quality synthetic brush, roller, or spray gun. Allow 2-4 hours drying time between coats (depending on temperature and humidity).
  • Drying & Curing: Touch dry in 1-2 hours; recoat in 4 hours. Full hardness achieved in 7 days. Maintain temperatures above 10°C during application and drying.
  • Cleanup & Safety: Clean tools immediately with water. Use in well-ventilated areas; wear suitable protective equipment. Store in a cool, dry place and protect from frost.
